The current dock has 12' by 40 ' foot slips priced at $22, 500, 14' by 40' slips priced at $25,000,and PWC slips priced at $5,000. Many additional community docks will be purchased (please refer to the site plan for layout), some of which will offer smaller slips. Residents have the option of moving their boat slip as new community docks are installed.
